We converted this brownstone duplex into a 5,000SF luxury single family with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths on three floors. The traditional living and dining areas reflect the original architectural style and transition to a modern, open floor plan with an airy kitchen and family room, where floor to ceiling glass doors bring the experience of the garden inside.
